Policies
Please note guests are required to show a photo ID and proof of payment or credit card upon check-in. The credit card must match the one used to guarantee the booking. Guests will not be able to check into the hotel without presenting the same credit card that was used to make the reservation.
Breakfast is not included in the room rate and is only an additional R60.00 per person per day
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Check-in time
Guaranteed check in time starts from 14:00 hours, however you may check-in earlier, subject to availably at time of check-in. you may request an early check-in prior to arrival but will however still be subject to availability at time of check-in.
Check-out time
Our check out time is 10:00am – in the event you wish to check-out after 10:00am kindly contact our reception desk to request a late check-out, there is an additional charge depending on the time you request to check-out and is subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Charges:
- 100% refund will be issued if booking is cancelled 30days prior to arrival.
- 50% refund will be issued if booking is cancelled 14-29days prior to arrival.
- 25% refund will be issued if booking is cancelled 8-14days prior to arrival.
- No refund will be issued if booking is cancelled 7days prior to arrival, Or in the event of a No show.
Deposit Policy
The amount for the total services is required and may be charged immediately using the payment details provided. Your reservation will only be guaranteed & confirmed once full payment has been received by the Albany Hotel, and is required prior to arrival; failing to do so may result in cancelation of your reservation.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
- Children of all ages are welcome to accompany you free of charge provided room type maximum occupancy is not exceeded.
- There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Internet
Wireless internet facilities are available throughout the Albany hotel and is complimentary for Albany hotel guests (Limit of 500mb per device per day)
Parking
- Secure Undercover parking is available 50 meters from the Albany Hotel at the Albany Parkade. A fee of R50 per night and a R200 refundable parking disk deposit is applicable. Please note parking availability is limited and may only be reserved upon check-in. The parkade closes at 23:00pm and opens at 05:00am. Please be advised that the parking is not owned or operated by the Albany Hotel, failing to comply with their policies & procedures will result in a fine of up to R1000.00, Albany Hotel takes no responsibility and will not liable for any loss or damage caused outside of the Hotel premises. Please feel free to contact us to assist you in any way possible.
- Alternative undercover parking is available at the Avis parkade, situated in close proximity to the Albany hotel. The price is R10 per hour, and is payable directly to Avis car park.
- For your convenience a hotel representative is available to accompany and assist you between the Albany Hotel and the parkade. Please contact the reception if you require this service.
- Street/road side parking is available in the surrounding area of the hotel.
