We have three conference venues available with a seating capacity of up to 180 delegates.

Day Delegate Package

Make use of our Day Delegate Package, which includes:

  • Room Hire
  • Tea, coffee  or juice on arrival
  • Morning Tea or coffee with scones or muffins
  • Buffet Lunch in our Townhouse Dining room
  • Afternoon Tea or coffee with biscuits
  • Jugs of Water and mints served during the conference
  • Screen and flipchart included in package

We are able to cater to your every need, at an additional cost  with equipment such as:

  • Flip charts
  • Screens
  • Slide projector
  • Digital projectors
  • Notepads and pens

We are able to arrange any additional equipment or arrangement you may require.

A choice of venues

Clansman Conference Centre

The largest of our three conference centres, The Clansman is idea for conferences and weddings with a stunning view overlooking the famous Durban City Hall from the second floor of the Albany Hotel.

  • Round tables: 120

Townhouse Conference Centre

The Townhouse conference centre is ideal for smaller group events and meetings and is situated on first floor of the Albany Hotel directly next to the Townhouse restaurant, overlooking the Durban City Hall.

  • Cinema: 60
  • Classroom: 40
  • Round tables: 40

Highlander Conference & Business Centre

The Highlander Conference & business centre is situated on the second floor of the Albany Hotel, with a maximum seating capacity 20 delegates providing the perfect location of business meetings, or small private functions.
